The Ancient Art
The Blackwater School of Falconry UK, established in 1995 is based on over 20 years of experience in all aspects of this ancient art. The proprietor Michael Hall has been involved in training and flying all the species of birds of prey used in modern falconry today. Here at the Blackwater we aim to provide all Hawking services including days out, displays, courses and bird control.
From flying Condors in the Yorkshire Dales to flying Harris Hawks in Trafalgar Square. Michael Hall has developed and honed the skills to control these natural predators and harness their potential. Blackwater Falconry Uk is the natural conclusion to this. On this site are links to all the services Blackwater Falconry provide and links to many related hawking sites. Online booking facilities allow you to reserve days with the Hawks and custom build your own experience with the birds.
Here at Blackwater Falconry UK we feel that everyone should have the opportunity to interact with these birds of prey whatever their age or limitations! We look forward to meeting you in the near future, thank you for visiting this site.
The Premium Hawking Location in The Country
Our Harris Hawks, Liam and Jack, were the first to control the pigeons at Trafalgar Square in London, giving their followers a head start. This has the dramatic effect of bringing the transient pigeon population down from 5,000 birds to 1,000 birds. The technique using trained birds of prey is not only environmentally friendly but is applicable in areas from well known tourist spots to waste depots. Other Clients inculde Magnox, Dynokill Pest Control, Cory Environmental, and Ford Motor Company where we are part of the EDAP training schemes Please visit our business services website for more information
